Our cleaning, laundry and changeover services are on-hand to assist you with all aspects of your property interior cleaning.
Whether you require a basic airing service or a more thorough clean and changeover service we are here to help you. We will ensure that your property is cleaned from top to bottom to the highest standards before or after every visit and can even incorporate a ‘between visit’s clean’ to guarantee that your property is ready when you are.
Depending on how often your property is occupied we are able to offer a full range of cleaning options including the choice of a ‘mid holiday clean’, for stays of between 9 and 18 days, to ensure that you or your guests have a clean, tidy and stress free vacation. Please contact us for more details regarding the ‘mid-holiday clean’.
We will – Remove any food and drink left behind by the guest. Clean the fridge and defrost the freezer section. Clean the toaster, microwave, kettle, oven and baking trays. Washout the cupboards and ensure that all crockery, cutlery, cookware and utensils are clean and accessible. Replace the T-towel with a clean one. Sweep and mop the floor.
Remove all rubbish and left items. Clean the bath area, bidet, shower area, wash hand basin and mirrors. Replace the toilet roll and place clean towels. Sweep and mop the floor.
Remove all rubbish and left items. Remove, and replace with clean items, all towels and bed linen. Clean any bedroom furniture and surfaces. Sweep and mop the floors. All linen is taken away and professionally laundered. The price of the clean includes the laundering of one full set of linen.
One full set consists of:
1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, 1 duvet cover, 2 pillow cases, 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel (per bed).
Remove all rubbish and left items. Sweep and mop the terrace areas. All garden furniture will be cleaned and checked for any damage.

We have a preferred supplier of Car Hire with Goldcar who offer excellent rates and service, with offices located inside the terminals at the local airports as well as offices with collection and drop-off points across the Costa Blanca area.
For a small additional fee your mail box will be checked once a month, we will sort through and anything we consider as urgent we will forward on to your home address, which will be charged at cost price. Anything non urgent will be held until your next visit.
We will meet all arriving guests in a pre-arranged central location, this allows the guest to follow us to the property without running the risk of getting lost in an un-familiar area. Once at the property the guests will be informed about the property and it’s facilities and about the surrounding area. The keys are given to the guest with instructions on the departure proceedure. We endeavour to answer any questions raised by the guest and supply them with contact numbers for our office should they have any questions during their stay.

To ensure your guests can have that first vital cup of tea after a day of travelling why not pre-order one of our welcome packs, they come in 3 sizes but these can be flexible, please let us know what your requirements are and we will let you know the cost.
